We are continue talking about Maersk Line information and work-based knowledge. Having 2 tasks. Outcome 3- Develop communication process to improve the gathering and dissemination of information and organiational knowledge. Including: Evaluate existing processes of communication in an organization and look to ensure and improve appropriateness; Implement and justify improvement to ensure greater integration of systems of communication in that organization; On a personal level, identify weaknesses and develop a personal plan to improve communication skill. Outcome 4- Design and improve appropriate systems for the collection storage and dissemination of and access to the information and knowledge gathered, all include: Evaluate existing approaches to collection, disseminating information and knowledge; Implement and justify appropriate changes to improve the collection formatting storage, disseminating information and knowledge; Implement a strategy to improve access to system of information and knowledge to others as appropriate.

3.1 Evaluate existing communication processes in Maersk Line and look to ensure and improve appropriateness.
All the members in organisation work together towards the achievement of organisation’s objectives and understanding what others are doing. It requires a high level of coordination and control, and fundamentally it requires communications, which are efficient and effective. A decision is a choice whereby a person forms a conclusion about a situation. Planning leads to decision guided by company policy and objectives and implies the selection from alternative objectives, policies, procedures and programmes. * Type of decisions 1. Organizational decisions are those made in the role of an official of the company and reflect company policy.

2. Personal decisions refer to those made by a manager as an individual and cannot be delegated.
