a sunnah Prophet is bridging saf, many do not bother to know or ignore this sunnah, if we to appreciate this sunnah we will find many advantages if practice it as united all Muslims and some Proven test had shown bridging saf can revitalize our bodies and can rebalance the charges of the human body when bridging shoulders and feet of each other during prayer congregation. 1.Introduction
